The Sales Call

Been on the receiving end of any really bad sales calls lately? Calabrio did an extensive customer survey to find out why they made the switch from an incumbent Workforce Optimization vendor to Calabrio. And we’re talking in big numbers. Some of their top gripes about former partners were 1) the vendor was pushing only what they want them to buy; 2) they were asked to pay for features they didn’t need or wouldn’t use; 3) the systems were just too complex and took too long to implement and/or change; 4) too many support issues.
