Calabrio Named a 2015 Top Workplace for Second Consecutive Year

MINNEAPOLIS – June 16, 2015—Calabrio, a leading provider of contact center workforce optimization (WFO) and analytics software, has been named one of the “Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota” by the Star Tribune. This is the second consecutive year that Calabrio has received the prestigious honor, which is based on confidential employee questionnaire responses.
Calabrio President and CEO Tom Goodmanson credits Calabrio’s innovative workforce and strong company culture with driving major transformations in the way companies gather and convert customer data into easy-to-access knowledge. The end result is better decision-making, better customer service and more growth opportunities for customers.
