Calabrio Software Receives 2006 Product of the Year Award from Communications Solutions.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN. –May 29, 2007– Calabrio Software, a division of Spanlink
Communications and a leading provider of customer interaction and workforce optimization
(WFO) software, announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC)
Communications Solutions (www.tmcnet.com/) has named Calabrio Workforce
Management (WFM) as a recipient of a 2006 Product of the Year Award.
