Taleka
is an IPT Training and Consultancy company specifically tasked with meeting the
training requirements of End Users and System Administrators of IPT
implementations. Taleka has been delivering this training across EMEA since 1997
and more recently in Asia Pacific. They have a wide range of end user training
courses for IP Telephony, Unified Communications and Contact Centre Software as
well as in house developed e-learning. In addition to the current training
courses they offer for UCCX and UCCE, they provide courses on WFM and QM
products, primarily focusing on Agents and Supervisors.
